The answer is QURIZ. We’re a Bangalore-based startup Health Management Platform which is designed to empower patients in taking care of their health and Appointments. We also are helping to transform healthcare by providing consumers with their own health IT systems for enhanced patient safety, care coordination and cost control

Job Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager will
work with the Management Team for the local geography to create and manage an
annual field marketing plan and budget, executing integrated marketing
programs, plans and activities to generate leads, drive direct and channel
sales, and enhance QURIZ’s brand awareness and product/solution knowledge among
prospects and customers. The role will also work closely with Marketing
Operations to measure and track Marketing and Sales pipeline.
Working closely with the Sales team, the candidate should possess a wide range
of IT, marketing and communications skills with a particular flair for regional
PR management, event management, online marketing, market segmentation, direct marketing,
marketing automation, and lead management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of demand gen programs
- Manage Field lead generation and marketing automation programs
- Develop and execute direct marketing plans designed to generate leads, maximize conversion rates and generate sales demand among prospects and within the customer base
- Collaborate on Field Events such as Community Conferences, seminars, trade shows and Webinars
- Collaborate on Marcoms and PR calendar
- Collaborate with the On-line marketing team to maximize website traffic and web leads, including creating or updating content to improve site performance.
- Manage local agency relationships, ensuring that marketing programs are executed flawlessly and meet goals
- Measure, track and communicate all Marketing and Sales pipeline metrics
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Position Requirements
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Degree level education with 3-5 years’ experience in B2B software industry ideally with SaaS experience
- Experience developing and executing successful lead gen and sales marketing plans
- Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation, web analytics and campaign tracking tools.
