JOB TITLE: Network Engineer Deployment

Reporting to : Team Leader Service Delivery

Function Name : Deployment

Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated area

Language preferred English and Tamil

Reporting Area Office: North Chennai (Anna Nagar, Perambur and Royapuram)

Central Chennai (T Nagar, Myalpore and Valsarvakkam)

Role Description:x

Key Responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime
Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms
Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams
Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals
Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT
Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting
Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events
Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required
100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules
Responsible for process adherence
Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level

Key Result Areas

This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organization

Recruitment Specifications

Education

Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline
Hardware Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferred

Work Experience

1 to 5 years of work experience
Hands on experience in Trouble shooting of Networking and Hardware

Immediate joiner Max 15 days notice period are preferred.

Mandate

Candidates Must have at least 1yr relevant exp in Fiber Optics / Broadband
Must be flexible with timings and rotational weekoffs
Candidate Must have the following documents, without which will not be considered
10th marksheet
12th marksheet or
Diploma / ITI / Graduation marksheet
Pan Card
Aadhar card (Front Back)
Driving Licence
Last 3 months payslip / 6 Months Bank Statement
Last company offer / Increment Letter
