Field Officer- TRAFFIC India

No of Positions :  6 (2 at each location)

Qualifications :  1. Master’s Degree in a relevant disciple of Natural Resource Management, Wildlife Sciences, Forestry with specialisation in natural resources. 2. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and publications on natural resource economics/environmental law and policy/criminology with an emphasis on trade. 3. A minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical skills for meta-analysis, ecological simulation or economic modelling including collection and collation of data. 4. A minimum of 2 years of field surveys expertise and designing of projects. 5. Willing to travel within the project state.

Locations :  i.Himachal Pradesh  ii. Uttarakhand  iii. Sikkim

Manager- Digital Fundraising

Qualifications :  MBA (Marketing/Sales)/ Post graduate / Graduate.  About 4-7 years of relevant experience.  Rich digital experience working in monetizing digital content, ecommerce, fundraising domains. Proven track record in meeting revenue targets.  Experience in digital media buying. Experience in creating & implementing journeys for supporters/donors to render a total brand experience with an objective of increasing conversions, upgrading donations & retaining donors digitally.

Desired Skills and Abilities :   Good working knowledge of online advertising tools (Adwords, FB ads etc). Understanding of A/B testing, analytical tools and ability to turn metrics into actionable insights. Exceptional writing & editing skills, including writing styles suited for digital media.
