Job Description:
- We are looking for a talent who would assist us to help recruit operational staff which are the core people who help in fulfilling the business.
- He/she would be responsible to get such talent onboard.
- The role would involve travel.

Role:
This job would have the following responsibilities:
- To establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- To builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- To determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- To attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
- To do frequent Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gap
- For presenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.
- Might have to travel for recruit people from filed
- To negotiate with candidate & take them on board
