- Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
- Partner with agencies and third party resources to provide the right balance of cost and high quality talent for hourly to executive level roles.
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
- Strength in building relationships with business / clients.
- Ability to alternate sitting and standing throughout an minimum 10 hrs hour period and sometimes longer as well .
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Good understanding of computer technology.
- Results-oriented team player.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Typically 1+ yrs experience in Marketing /Sales/in hiring delivery executives.
- Must known languages Kannada+ English /English + Hindi/ English + Any regional Language.
- Must have 2 Wheeler with DL.
- Salary - 12,000 /- to 20,000** + Attractive Incentives
