Job Description
- Acquiring new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base and references
- Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
- Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS
- End to end customer relationship management.
- Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking Accounts assigned by Organization
- Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
- Have a customer centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
- Ensure that the customer actively trades after opening the account.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required
- Graduation in any stream
- Experience of 1 - 2 Years of sales in Stock Broking Industry
- NISM/NCFM certification will be an added advantage
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients
- Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take active interest in their financial goals
- A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations
- Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Candidates with experience in Banking/Insurance/Reality sales are also eligible
- Should have a two wheeler
