About Company

Artison Agrotech Private Limited was formed with a vision to develop organic & eco-friendly products. Artison’s founding team realised the potential of bamboo as a superior timber substitute. Through extensive research, we found Bambusa Bambos (Katang), a species indigenous to Central India fit for purpose.

The journey started in 2009 to make the vision into a reality. With the belief of bamboo replacing timber in any of its application through engineered products, the journey began. Artison started bamboo plantation partnering with hundreds of farmers, covering thousands of acres in several Indian states. Our path-breaking agro-forestry- multi cropping model bamboo has become a long term cash crop for the farmers/tribal along with other crops, thereby increasing yield per acre. Artison's plantation initiative is having a positive impact on livelihood and brings economical sustainability. Artison's long term agreement with farmers to buy back bamboo for next 40 years, is creating socio-economic development in rural India.

We strongly believe in the ethos of corporate responsibility towards the environment and the community development. Our bamboo plantation initiative helps create a greener landscape and prevent deforestation & soil erosion. Multi cropping Bamboo plantation is a step towards organic farming. All bamboo plantation is going through the FSC certification process. In near future, the raw material for the production of engineered boards will all be FSC certified.

The World first particle board unit is coming up on a 174 acres campus in India.

Artison is addressing the $500 billion market with the Engineered Bamboo Boards. State of the art German technology is being used for the production.

Part of the operating profit is shared with the farmers/tribal through FPO (Farmer Produced Organisation) & SHG (Self Help Groups) model. This is on top of the fair price we pay for the bamboo. Adopting to the “AMUL MODEL”, Artison is working towards revolutionizing the farmer-manufacturer relationship thus creating wealth at ground level where everyone gets their fair share while we deliver a high quality environmentally sustainable product to our customers.
