- Selection Criteria:
- >Candidates with 1+ year of experience into Field Sales from BFSI background
- >Graduation degree mandatory
- >Should be comfortable with field work
- >Should be aggressive towards sales
- >Leads will be given by company
- #Weekly Working Days: -5 Days
- #Candidate will get the nearest branch for reporting
- #Will have to report only 1 or 2 times in a week in a branch
- #Candidate should have good presentation skills
- 1) Responsible for field sales sourcing ALL LOB business from existing customer base as well as fresh
- business.
- 2) Involve in daily sales activities along with customer service and relationship building
