Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing properties in & around Bangalore and Tier 2 Cities if needed, Managing and up keeping the Supply Database. With Photographs 2. Make sure the Owner consent Letters are authorised by the Landlords before we propose the sites to the clients. 3. Identify key properties in strategic locations to get Exclusive Marketing Rights ( Mandates ) 4. Make sure you have a Set plan of action on Scouting the properties area wise with Minimum 15 Properties a day to be sourced with complete information. 5. Properties Information forms provided by the management to be filled with utmost accuracy and make sure there is no discrepancy of Information required. 6.Regular update on the new projects coming up area wise, Also generate leads through market surveys and market information, which includes identifying buildings where the clients are looking for a relocation or if we can suggest some options 7. To build a relationship with all the Facilities Managers / Building Managers and educate them of the services provided by our Company 8. Scouting Specialist should play a key role in the deal closure and has to extend maximum support to the BDM & BDE on the information seeked.
