Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with questions & needs.
- Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
- Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
- Handling all store operations
- Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
- Assisting in physical inventory counts.
- Making sure that customers’ paperwork is completed efficiently.
- People who come with 1 - 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Hindi/Regional Languages as per the area of operation.
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
