Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Affiliated Nestaway Agent/ Part time Sales Agent
- Affiliated Nestaway Agent ( part time sales agent )
- To follow up on the generated leads
- Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway
- Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
- Must be ready to travel extensively in all Bangalore Zones
- Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
Required Skills:
- Good English and Hindi communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable
- Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
- Should possess a 2 wheeler
- Willness to work as part time sales agent
- Working hours: 5 hours a day and 6 days a week (Tuesday is the weekly off)
- Shift timings: 2PM to 7PM / 3PM to 8PM / 4PM to 9PM / 5PM to 10PM
- Salary: 8K+2K+incentives/month
