Job Description
· Our Project is Located in Chikkabellapur road, 20 Min from BIAL. Plotted development of 144 units and villa ( price ranging from 15-16 lakhs for plots and 37 lakhs for villas )
· Initial Client meeting to understand clients requirement
· Candidate must have his/her own transport
· Office Location – Brigade Road
· 1-2 Year exp in Real estate Sales
· Weekend Site Location – 20 Min away from International Airport Bangalore
· Meetings to be done on an everyday basis with the client for explaining our plotted development project near Devanahalli
· Live and verified leads will be given to the sales executive which he/she has to manage, meet and follow up
· Responsible for doing weekend site visits at the site location
· Responsible for Sales target and closure
