Job Description

Client Acquisition:

  • Following role requires the Marketing executive to approach a minimum of 100 clients monthly in which 60 are to be converted into sales with a minimum revenue target of Rs 6, 00,000 Monthly to enjoy incentives.
Following are the standard Responsibilities for the following field:
  • Meeting potential clients
  • Pitching the concept to the clients
  • Defining subscription packages and explaining pricing.
  • Understand their need and pitch the most suitable subscription model.
  • Registering all the clients onto the portal online and offline
  • Collect advance payments or full payments from respective converted clients
  • Following up with their payment models and ensure payment is not due for long and is collected within given deadline.
  • Report to Head Office to provide information of the new client after approaching the set stores for the day.
Relationship Management:
  • Following role requires the Marketing Executive to maintain a friendly, strong, and an enduring relation with the client New and Old.
  • Following are the standard Responsibilities for the following field:
  • Frequent visits to converted clients should be made in the field.
  • It is essential to meet all the following clients brought by the executive in a month to greet and take feedback if any.
  • Complains are to be taken as priority and are to be bridged at the earliest.
  • All the meetings happenings are to be compulsorily noted online or offline as market research for product development. (Complaints, Improvements, Procedures and feedbacks)
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
Following are the Standard Responsibilities for the following field:
  • Involvement in implementing and designing new marketing strategies to incept our target market and segment
  • Analysis and segmentation of clients is to be a priority and reports are to be sent on weekly bases which will be the foundation to acquire new potential clients.
  • Maintaining and purchasing Marketing merchandise and products shall be another responsibility.
  • Maintenance of client records is mandatory. It is necessary to rememberthe current subscription and the subscription end date to ease the process of renewal.
  •  Frequent communication with the Finance department is a must, all the payment modes are to be communicated to finance department, if the payments do not come under our standard procedure then approval from the finance department is to be taken to accept any payment.
  • The Marketing Executive is required to be on the field most of the time. 
  • He is to report to The Head office first then start his/her day in the field and the report back to the office to update on the daily happenings.
