- Planning and achievement of Sales Executive-wise Coverage, volume& fundamentals objectives in the assigned area.
- Planning and execution of the promotions & new product
- launches in the assigned area.
- Leading Business Team reviews in the Monthly meetings.
- Ongoing Performance review of his team of Sales
- Executives.
- Ensuring proper collection of Market outstanding from assigned area.
- Training of his team – both classroom and in-field.
- After completion of 8 Months Candidate will be getting 9000 as a retention bonus
- Candidate can earn upto 5000 - 6000 incentives per month
