Job Description:

To ensure continuous engagement with patients, clinicians, Surgical instruments & external stakeholders at designated hospital/area.
Daily collation of chronic care patient data from designated hospital/area and analysis to identify potential lead generation opportunities.
Efficiently update the senior management of daily sales & activity update.
Meeting doctors - mostly Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Neurologists - to educate them about our services and enhance company's brand image.
Minimum 2 years of medical sales of Surgical Instruments experience
Healthcare background preferably.
If Non-Pharma then should have an experience in Healthacare-Sales.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Must be able to join immediately
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Qualifications- Healthcare background If Non-Medical Grad should have an experience in Healthacare-Sales. of Surgical Instruments
Experience- Minimum 1-5 years in a sales and business development role in Healthcare related industry ; Surgical instruments Sales experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills -Creative thinking, Problem-solving skills, People's person, Customer Service, Business Development.
Behavioural Skills- Passionate, patience, excellent communication skills, confidence, empathetic attitude, tact and diplomacy.
Language Skills - English & Hindi
