Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic individual who can generate new business and drive Solar solution sales
- Should have the ability to understand, generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Making sure all inquiries are attended and well-coordinated.
- Establishing market penetration in rural, commercial & residencial sectors, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Liaise with the principle throughout the sales process to make sure all client requirements are met.
- We will provide basic training on solutions and products.
- Understanding of Solar Panels & Inverters
- Understanding of Solar products
- Understanding of offgrid and ongrid solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Decision taking power / work ownership
- Long term thinker / Achiever
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying client prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintains good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending profit & service improvements.
- Initiates and leads the front end/ on-field marketing activities of the company.
- Prepares regular sales reports
- Consistently exceeds the sales and marketing targets.
- Any Graduate/MBA Preferred
- Experience: Min 6 months field sales and/or lead generation experience
