Required Sales Executives for Internship/Job
Description
· Position holder will be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities within the assigned region.
· Meet/E-meet/Call a predefined set of prospective clients on a daily basis.
· Explain the customers about Products & promote the products
· Understand client needs and requirements.
· Negotiating and renegotiating via phone, email, and in person
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
· Research and identify new market opportunities / new leads
· Contact potential clients and set up meetings
· Responsible for sales outreach programs including cold calls, emailer, & timely follow-up to closure.
· Achieve the given sales target
Open Positions: 150
Location: We are looking for candidates in around 150 cities across India, so location not a constraint. Candidates can work from their choice of city.
Salary: It will be mostly Incentive-based position, with heavy incentive per sale.
Duration: Anywhere between 2-6 months. Role can also be converted to a job, depending on the candidate's interest and performance.

Who we’re looking for:
Freshers/Under-Grads/Post-Grads having below mentioned skills:
- 0-1 year experienced with passion in Sales/Marketing.
- Candidates should be open for field sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate and convince
- Strong skills to conquer sales and close deals with clients
- Languages: Hindi, English, Any Regional is a plus
- Strong Internet research skills required
- Good knowledge on computers, MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Should be relationship oriented with excellent inter-personal and networking skills to enhance business opportunities.
- Should have smartphone and bike with valid DL.
