- Hiring Field Sales Executive - Kharagpur
- (KGP, West Medinipur)
- Salary :- ₹15,500 to ₹17,500 kMonthly
- Nb:- 23 openings.
- Education - 12th pass mandatory
- 6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
- Candidates have to Carry Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank statement/ salary slip /offer letter at the time of Interview )
- Candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience in any field
- 18 - 35 yrs can apply
- Male mandatory
- Good Bengali skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- Must have PAN CARD & Aadhar Card.
- A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demo’s.
- Establishing, maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners
- Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible.
- Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
- Co-ordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursals.
