Job Description
- Sales Acumen with proven B to C experience, dealing with women and their spouse.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills and with patience to listen to clients and answering all questions directly and with clarity.
- Eye for detail to transcript accurate client information.
- Good Planning and Organizing skills with ability to prioritize tasks responsible for with an eye to continuously monitor goals vs achievement.
- Self-motivated and happy to work remotely.
- Be an excellent team player willing to go out of the way to share work load of others, when situation demands.
- Analyses data and metrics to solve problems
- Continuously sets high standards and challenging deadlines for oneself
- Takes proactive measures to communicate internally about potential problems that can come in the way of achieving results
- Demonstrates a high degree of perseverance to achieve agreed goals
- A degree in life-sciences or practical exposure to pregnancy services
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years in Retail Selling (same industry, Insurance, Banking, FMCG etc)
