Role - Field Sales Executive
Job responsibilities include
- Identify the right prospects and strategic locations for business development and sales
- Work strategically to onboard new merchants on Olik app
- Manage relationship with converted stores and handle store specific post-sales jobs
- Coordinate in customer acquisition activities in the assigned sales area
- Regular reporting of daily work progress to the team manager
Additional Requirements
- Good Communication and convincing skills (preferably knows Hindi & English)
- Self-motivated & ability to meet the set targets
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Proactive in handling the tasks assigned
Compulsory
- Must own 2-wheeler with driving license
- Possess a smartphone
- Strictly follow the COVID safety norms & precautions when out for fieldwork
Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass (HSC)/ Any Graduate in Any Stream
- Experience: Require Fresher/Sales Experienced Candidates
Perks & Benefits
Per Month Fixed Pay Rs 8000-10000 (Experience Level/Work Based) + Variable (Per Store Conversion based) + Motor Vehicle Fuel Expense
