Customer Focus:
- Enrolment of all potential members in households in the service area of the branch.
- Establishes, builds and maintains professional relationship with all customers to enhance customer service.
- Treat all customers as equal and provide high quality customer service.
Field Visits:
- Regularly makes field visits to
- Update the system with current information on the household
- Enrol customers and complete the processes related to enrolment
- Understand needs of the customer and relay their feedback to complete formalities for any products and services of KGFS
