- Primary responsibility to create awareness & increase revenue via sales of our Spa and Salon Products
- Will be instrumental in combing the market & creating a valuable database of potential customers.
- Would be required to make cold calls & visits to customers (Salons & Parlours)
- Coordinating with training staff for product demo required by the clients.
- Continuous client interaction, getting orders from client and maintaining touch base with clients till the goods are delivered.
- Regular follow ups with existing clients for requirement of products and services.
- Interacting with retail clients & creating referral sales.
- Report to Sr. Sales Officer & submission of daily sales report.
Candidates Profile:
- Highly motivated, & passionate about achieving sales targets.
- Cheerful & pleasing personality.
- Needs to have a strong desire to learn & grow.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in written as well as oral English.
- Willingness to work 100% in the field.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of 1 year with a probation period of 6 months.
Additional
- Travel allowance additional (not exceeding Rs1500/pm)
- The payout of incentives is quarterly.
