Sales Executive(SE) Job Description: 

  • As a sales executive you are key to the company’s success as you are directly responsible for maximizing the sale for the company’s products.
  •  You will be working with small and big clients to build CocoFresh’s presence in the market with thoughtful and structured approach towards sales.
  • Collaborate with area sales manager on creating and planning a sales structure to be followed and implemented
  • Identify new clients, markets and business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential customers
  • Visit potential clients including but not limited to A+ class retail stores, modern trade outlets, caterers, wholesalers, hotels and corporates.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, and ensure regular purchase cycle is maintained
  • Act as the point of contact between customers and company and work on developing newer relationships
  • Make accurate cost calculations to provide clients with quotations
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales, while following company guidelines
  • Provide customer and client feedback to the company and suggest product developments and promotions based on market knowledge
  • Maintain inventory, invoice and quotation details in collaboration with area sales manager
  • Based on company’s requirement, attend trade exhibitions and other events to represent the company
Responsibilities and Targets:
  • As a CocoFresh sales executive your primary responsibility is to sell as many of our products as possible to B2C and B2B channels.
The below targets for the SR are structured to help drive increased sales and maintain continuous and strong relations with clients:
  • Build a portfolio of at least 750 clients
  • Visit at least 20 clients daily or 600 clients a month
  • Ensure each client sells between 5-10 product units a day
  • Build and maintain sales volumes of 75,000 product units a month
  • Work towards reaching the above monthly targets within 6 months
Minimum qualifications:
  • BCom/BA/BMS degree or other equivalent degrees
  • 2 years of experience with FMCG brands or other equivalent product sales
  • 1-2 years of in-field sales or relevant sales experience
  • 2 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing, developing and executing campaigns end to end.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks swiftly, and follow through to achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of the ecosystem, culture and language.
  • Candidates with existing client relationships/portfolio will be a plus
  • Compensation: Fixed Salary + Daily Allowances + Excellent Monthly Sales Incentives all based on a 26 day work cycle with 8 hour days.
