Job Description
1. Approach target customers and give a product demo
2. Ensure that the customer understands the product and value proposition clearly
3. Coordinate closely with city or central customer service & data entry team
4. Update sales progress report daily to your assigned manager
5. Ensure transaction happens with onboarded customers
6. Revenue /customer and number of customers to be monitored
We are hiring customer support representatives to resolve customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to demonstrate the product, customer requirements gathering, data entry and resolve complaints or disputes raised by customers. Basic computer knowledge is required.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and try to help them as much as possible.
