Job Description

Job Summary:

The field officer will be responsible for sales and operations in his territory. This means on the demand side he has to focus on lead generation, building a relationship with customers and eventually be responsible for sales conversion. Whereas on the supply side he’ll do the lead generation for building a strong supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify prospective customers and generate leads within relevant TG and initiate the sales process.
  • To demonstrate the product/service to customers on daily basis.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the prospective customers & take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • To ensure customer retention.
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
  • Ensure High Class Service delivery to identified key customers.
  • Closely monitoring of work in progress, customer complaints and accounts receivables.
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
  • Bringing important insights from customers as feedback to improve products and services.
  • In addition to above he’ll be responsible for ensuring the supply in accordance to demand in his territory.

Knowledge:

Knowledge and application of sales & servicing techniques such as: Seek Opportunity, Rapport building, selling on emotion, ownership, market research, customer feedback.
