Field Sales Executive
Job Description
JobDescription:-
Key target carrying role for domestic software solution sales
1.Responsible for Business Development to new accounts, Key Account Management, Cold Calling
2.Responsible interactions with CRO level client contacts to take the sales process to closure
3.Responsible for new business development by capturing and understanding the requirements and proposing the right solution
4. Sales Cycle Management - Generating leads from the existing & new Customers; Taking the leads through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
5.Creating and reporting on the Sales Funnel - with clear understanding of customers' evaluation and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel
6. Responsible for making presentation, drafting project estimation, project plan
7. Coordination with the Customer & pre-sales/solutioning, delivery and support team
8.Negotiate and constructively managing conflicts; effective relationship management and communication skills
9.Willing to travel.
Key Skills :-
1.Significant experience on core IT Solution and Service Sales, should have knowledge of CRM/ERP
2.Hunting Sales experience would be an added advantage.
3.Should have an experience in working with Offsite/ Offshore teams - Excellent Communicator, with drive and ambition, result focused approach.
4.Target driven, leads from the front, Good Negotiating Skills
5.Excellent communication & presentation Skills/ Good team player.
