- Attending the walk-in customer and giving proper presentation and information of the company.
- Attending Brokers on Site and giving proper presentation and information of the company.
- Segregation of collected data – Hot / Regular / Cold
- Rigours follow up calls to Hot category leads.
- Get appointments for site visit, forward appointments to sales team.
- Cold Calling
- Data entry and record keeping of all the enquiries.
- MIS preparation and reporting of calls done.
