JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INDUSTRIAL SALES
- To increase the sales & profit of the organization
- To Increase the presence in all the verticals
- Make a Branding of the product in industry.
- Daily Customer Visit (Existing, Projects & Prospects)
- Follow up calls to each customer ( For Orders, Payments, Issues and courtesy)
- Taking calls & replying mails on time
- Follow up for Material dispatch & delivery to customers
- Reports as per requirements
- Increase in the Quality of the Product
- Material deliver ability on time
- Product Knowledge (time to time training)
- Acknowledging, Lodging and monitoring timely closure of customer complaints.
- Periodic Sales review and devising action for deviations.
- Gathering and reporting all market information.
- Regular visits to Key accounts.
- Coordinating internally and externally to ensure continuous availability of materials at
customers end.
- Visiting existing customers and promote new products.
Experience – 1 to 3 years
Salary – 1.5 to 2.7 lakhs
Qualification- any graduate
