- Channel visits –Resellers, T1 & Distributors
- Awareness Creation in market through road shows, POP merchandizing, meets, trainings
- Create & Maintain database of resellers
- Create pipeline for large cases, nurture until closure
- Collections from channel collections
- Resolve issues – collections, policy payments, partner, service within RO team and Escalate any unresolved issues
- Weekly DSR report to be submitted.
