- Visiting to each society, take permissions, set-up activation themselves and speak to customers face to face to get them to sign up.
- Achieved 100% target of rent collection which led to operational efficiency & revenue.
- Ticket closure for issuing services like vendor management, SPOC for existing customers in coordination with call centre team to improve relationships with customer residing in property.
- Demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer service, adding new customers while maintaining.
- Premium service levels with existing accounts.
- Led and managed the entire community management for 400 customers maximum customer retention and satisfaction.
- Handled a new community and able to absorb it into Supr daily community successfully by continuing new Customer & preventing customer exits.
- Note: - Two Wheeler mandatory
