Job Description:
- Identify sellers/vendors and help them integrate with Amazon.in Help SME's and SMB's in creating their online stores and reaching maximum buyers through Amazon.in and provide them with sales consultations.
- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Acquire sellers from various segments (retailers/ distributors/wholesalers/manufacturers) with valuable selections and establish long-term partnerships.
- Acquire sellers into both Merchant fulfilled and Amazon fulfilled networks. Encourage key partners to adopt the beneficial 'Fulfillment by Amazon' model.
- Make the sellers self - reliant by providing relevant training for them to understand the online market. Track and monitor performance and sales of newly launched seller to ensure their success on the online business platform.
- Negotiating and re-negotiating with key partners for competitive pricing, unique selections and increased number of offers on Amazon.in
- Manage company's relationships and interactions with potential customers by using the CRM tool, Salesforce.com
- Work with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure execution and launch of sellers on Amazon.in
- Training colleagues to simplify the processes.
