Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for Tractor onboarding, FA recruitment, Engagement activities
Should have prior work experience of min 1 year in sales/ business development
Should have a agri background having knowledge of agriculture and agriculture equipments(Preferred: localite and background of Farmer family)
Should have good communication skill in Telugu and English
Should have a bike, smart phone.
Should be ready to travel 150+ kms daily
Should have good knowledge of excel, MS word, gmail, Basic computer operations
Responsible for meeting sales targets and regular follow up with prospect leads
