Job Summary
Main purpose of this job is to deliver quality after sales service to customers and increase revenue through O/w, AMC, Remote sale and maintain a good relation with dealers, distributors and customers
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact customers according to order of
· Attend &scrutinise trouble shooting equipment and close maximum
numberof customercomplaints daily.
· Clear customer complaints pending for more than 3 days
· Confirm warranty of the product before servicing.
· Give daily report before 11 AM.
· Ensure quality service to the customer.
· Confirm customer satisfaction.
· Give Spare request before 12PM.
· Collect Maximum O/w amount from the specified area.
· Should discuss & collect details about AMC to all the warranty customers.
· Sell maximum no. of remotes from the specified area.
· Achieve monthly target
· Give special attention to the IGOLD calls.
· Give special attention to the Top 20 dealers also.
· Collect distributors acknowledgement report monthly.
· Send defective spare parts by 21th of every month.
· Deposit collection amount before 25th of every month.
· Send Defective tag, Clearance list, Job book, Bill book, AMC with defective spare.
· Confirm the grading position monthly.
· Give all escalated calls important priority.
· Inform Lightning case, over voltage, Physical damage cases to the Area Service
Coordinator
· Reporting to the Area Service coordinator
· Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by the Competent Authority
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
· Good knowledge in Servicing Electronics Home Appliances
· LED Panel Servcing
