Job Description

Field Supervisor - Full-time Employment: Permanent

DOJ: 1 June 2020

Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu

Responsibilities:

● To monitor the municipal solid waste collection and transportation activities of the contractor in the assigned areas including timely waste pick up, a number of resources deployed, compliant redressal and other indicators as per the Company'sinstructions.

● To report on a daily basis the observations in the format as provided by the ProjectManager of the Company.

● To use the smartphone for providing updates and information through the software application provided by the Company.

● To adhere to the time policy of the Company and report to services every day on time to report to the Reporting In charge of the Company.

● During duty hours if any supervisor provided by the Service Provider is found intoxicated, he will be suspended immediately and the Service Provider shall provide his substitute on the next working day.

● All required allowances including mobile and fuel to all the supervisors provided shall be under Service Provider’s scope.

● Delivery of Services: Manpower shall be deployed to monitor in specific Zones in Chennai and it shall be informed by the Project Manager of the Company while deployment. List of Zones includes Teynampet, Kodambakkam, Adyar,Valasaraakkam, Alandur, Perungudi, Sholinganallur. However, Manpower should be ready to deliver services at any place in Chennai as and when required.

● Tenure of Services: 4 years (subject to annual renewal based on the performance of the staff as per satisfactory confirmation by the Company)

Desired Qualification:

● Diploma / ITI in Engineering / Any Graduate.

● Tamil Speaking is a must and prior experience is preferred.

● Must carry a smartphone and have a two-wheeler to commute for the said services.
