Field Support Executive
LOCATION: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Mumbai, Hyderabad
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Doxper is a fast emerging brand and we are looking for motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure high quality of customer service.
- The goal is to maximise customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 5 years of corporate experience
- Relevant experience preferred (Business Development – Sales/Client Servicing/ Field Experience)
- Freshers and recent graduates can also apply
SKILLS:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen
- Never Give Up Attitude
- Basic understanding of Technology / IT
- Flexibility, persistency, time management
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities
- Provide support to clients in any issue they are facing
- Manage all on-site technical support, trouble-shooting, installations and test activities
- Diagnose technical problems and offer respective resolutions
- Adherence to company’s procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and ensure timely resolutions to customers
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Formulate relationships of trust with customers
