Job Description
- Requirements:Field Support Persons (3)
- The position of Field Support Person is based in the field to support teachers in the implementation of the programme.
- FSPs job involve supporting teachers, maintaining computer labs (with the support of Technical person) in the schools and work as link between state project staff and teachers.
- Posts are based in district / block headquarter.
- Qualification:Graduate degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology) or English. BCA/MCA/BE (computers) can also apply.
- Experience:2 to 3 years working in schools/projects related to school education. Experience in Teacher Training, Curriculum Development, ICT programme in schools will be preferred.
- High level of fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English and computer related skills are desirable.
- Emoluments:Rs. 20,000 + PF + Expenses incurred in field visits

CERP is partnering with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai in the implementation of Connected Learning Initiative (CLIx) programme in Rajasthan state. The initiative incorporates thoughtful pedagogical design and leverages contemporary technology including online capabilities to provide quality educational content and experiences in Maths, Science and English subjects at Secondary level. The initiative will emphasize conceptual learning through authentic and active learning. In addition to this, CERP is associated with various educational institutions at state and national level and undertaken education related projects.
