About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn to operate different kinds of automotive systems and software
2. Understand customers' queries and requests
3. Process customer requests and forward complaints to seniors
4. Perform administrative tasks being assigned by the customer service/ reporting manager
5. Resolve queries and complaints via the system or call
