• Bachelor's Degree in only Electronics/ECE/E&E/E&I.
• Basic Knowledge on C, Embedded C
  
• Basic Knowledge on Embedded Microcontrollers(8/16/32 bit).
  
• Proficient in speaking English and Hindi.
  
• Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.
• Only Male candidates are preferred.

• Contributes to the Business Growth through new business sales from original or redesigned Applications.
  
• Keep point of contact for Customers - answering queries, providing technical advice and giving technical seminars.
  
• Provide pre and post sales technical advice and support about products. Represents technical link between Customer & Internal functions.
  
• Understand how to use Microchip Debuggers & Eval Boards.
  
• Engineers are expected to visit Industrial Clients and College/University HODs of ECE/ECT in various cities, to explain about our products and give technical demos.
  
• Engineers will get an opportunity to improve their hardware knowledge on 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit MCUs & DSCs, High End interfaces like USB, CAN-LIN, ZigBee RF, Ethernet, etc.And also on software components which include Assembly language, Embedded C, RTOS, etc

Payment Terms –

• 1 month Training period, Stipend of Rs. 5,000.00 p.m.
• 2nd month to 7th month (i.e. for 1st Year 1st 6 months), Salary of Rs. 7,000.00 p.m.

Engineers will have to meet Sales Targets.

• 8th month to 13th month (i.e. for 1st Year 2nd 6 months), Salary of Rs. 9,000.00 p.m.

Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.

• 14th month to 19th month (i.e. for 2nd Year 1st 6 months), Salary of Rs. 10,000.00 p.m.

Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.

• 20th month to 25th month (i.e. for 2nd Year 2nd 6 months), Salary of Rs. 12,500.00 p.m.

Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.
