Finance Analyst - Center for Knowledge & Analytics Jobs in Gurgaon - For A Client Of TeamLease Service Limited

As an Individual Contributor to provide financial managementcovering the following responsibilities:-

• nbsp;Managementof results. nbsp; This includes managing and preparing month end flash reports, first linevariance analysis and preparing management adjustment journals.

• nbsp;Prepare and present thefinancial / management reports to the senior finance team

• nbsp;Performdeep dive analysis

• nbsp;Forecastingfor the business and product area, including gaining market knowledge,identifying trends in the business, identifying price changes/product launchesthat will allow forecasting of future results.

• nbsp;Complyingwith Sarbox standard results.

• nbsp;Maintainingadequate backup and ensure data integrity

• nbsp;Ad-hocwork during the month for specific issues that are identified by the BTteam. nbsp; For example, further detailed and deeper analysis of results,problem identification and resolution. nbsp; This is a significant part of therole.

• nbsp;Identifyingopportunities to add value to BT’s operation. nbsp; This will include drivingefficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output,identifying and introducing new quality reports that add benefit to BT, workingwith other teams in the area to share knowledge and best practice.

Manage themonthly accounting results of the Business Unit through:-

• nbsp;Ensuringthe integrity of the Business Unit’s monthly results.

• nbsp;Ensuringaccurate and timely charging of both internal and external charges in order tomeet the accounting deadlines and track performance.

• nbsp;Ensureall trading processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner tofacilitate detailed analysis.

• nbsp;Toassist in the validation and processing of journals as required, in an accurateand timely manner to achieve month end close.

• nbsp;Managethe provision of a meaningful and timely first level analysis of daily resultsto help explain Business Unit financial performance and assist in subsequentidentification of root cause and recommend solutions.

• nbsp;Managethe provision of accurate, timely, fit for purpose information on all aspectsof Business Unit financial performance through production of regular monthlycustomer specified reports.
