Job Description
Designation: Finance Analyst, Private Equity Domain
Job Role:
- Analysis & interpretation of the portfolio of investments & financial statements in the given reports
- Detailed Research of Portfolio Company information
- Updating such information in the database
- Generating reports to be reviewed by the client
BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Working knowledge of computers… MS Excel is a must.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Ability to interpret financial statements like the Balance Sheet,
- Cash flow & Operating statements will be required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Our process of recruitment involves the following and all of which are elimination rounds;
- 60 minutes – written accounts and English test
- Finance Interview
- HR Interview
- If selected you will be taken in as Trainee Finance Analysts and will undergo training for 6 months after which they will be confirmed based on performance.
- Stipend during the 6 months Training – Rs.23000 per month
- Revisions and Market adjustments based on Company policy on an annual basis for deserving candidates.
