Need Finance Analyst.
Location- Pune
About Company- French global automotive supplier headquartered in Nanterre, in the western suburbs of Paris. In 2018 it was the 9th largest international automotive parts manufacturer in the world and #1 for vehicle interiors and emission control technology.
▪ Provide reliable financial/controlling informations in close relationship with other operational and support functions
o Monthly hours extraction from the Tool and cordinate with the functional team to asterain regionwise & business segment wise hours for billing/Invoicing.
o Revenue tracking & maintain sales register for two locations.
o Bridge communication & data exchange with regional controllers for hours validation.
o Provide inputs to sales team,SO team for monthly invoicing.
o Revenue reconciliation with accural & actual Invoice month on month.
o Tracking monthly accural movement
o Capex Management: IO Creation, COCA tool update, Tracking the Capex movement (WIP to Capitalisation), CAR wise captilisation reporting.
o Reporting Head count, Capex in internal tool matrix.
o Provide revenue projection for yearly Budget for two locations
o Provide monthly reveune forecat for mangement reporting to the respective site controller.
o Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and due compliance
o Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information
o In liaison with Shared Service Center provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors, and others local external authorities
o Should be able to work autonomously and proactively to identify opportunities for improving financial performance
o Should have ability to adapt to change in business dynamics and predict changes to be done.
▪ Support Controller in Cost analysis, Monthly Reporting & adhoc projects
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ CA Inter/B.com/MBA
▪ Minimum 3-5 years experience in an industrial environment
▪ SAP Knowledge will be added benefit.
▪ Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis
▪ Ability to manage uncertainty
▪ Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy
