Creating GRN and AP WF for all materialServices Invoices belongs to multiple sites Payment expedition with perceptive system Follow up with Supplier for revised documents Logistics and Customs service invoice booking for payment process Arranging Appliances and Walkies to OandM sites Maintain and tracking for payment status for all suppliers Handling and maintain the excel sheet of Cform and TDS Certificates Interaction with sourcing team for PO amendments and material follow ups Couriering the documents and Materials to sites Arranging DC and EWay bill for all service transactions.
