Job Description
Responsibilities include :
- Coordination with the all the employees at the field level and other employees above the filed employees to get the
documents related to the expense collected
- Approve the documents collected and to see if they are duly authorized and primafacie within the budget.
- Documents handling and keep tracking of the expense sheets.
- Communication to the Finance Team timely of any delays /problems related to finance department at the regional offices.
- To carry out the functions as may be directed by the finance Manager.
