We are recruiting finance associate to support the existing PM Group Finance team at Bangalore This role provides financial management, commercial performance and analytical support to the business.

We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a busy environment and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people across a number of departments and external suppliers. .

Responsibilities

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

Strategic Financial Planning
  • Conceptualizing, formulate and streamline accounting procedures.
  • Analyzing & evaluating business performance from the financial/operations purview, key business metrics to facilitate financial control in line with corporate financial objectives.
  • Finance & Accounts:
  • Managing overall financial functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
  • Monitoring preparation of financial statements including Cash Book, Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet.Auditing & Taxation:
  • Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment; ensuring statutory compliance with the set norms.
  • Preparing Tax Plans and ensuring timely filing of tax returns for TDS, VAT, Service Tax, and Professional tax.
  • Coordinating with the audit authorities for conducting audits with a view to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained as per the pre-set accounting standards laid down by ICAI and other International Accounting bodiesMIS:
  • Preparing the MIS reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance.Fund Sourcing & Management:
  • Monitoring the inflow/outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives\.Responsibilities:
  • General Ledger Reconciliation
  • Responsible for Intercompany Ledger maintenance.
  • Preparation of Intercompany invoices within India and outside countries of PB.
  • Update details on HUB
  • Coordinating with Business Verticals and
  • Coordination with project offices within the region/Within PB
  • Submission of MIS reports.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in commerece / Finance with 5 years experience in similar role
  • Previous experience of Agresso Business World would be an advantage
  • Consistent track record of providing commercial support to Operations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of best practice analytical concepts and reporting with emphasis on project revenue recognition, profit reporting, performance measurement and cost control.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including intermediate to advanced Excel
