Job Description
- Financial accounting and record keeping.
- Maintain timely and 100% accurate MIS and relevant proofs and documentation.
- Handle Employee Payroll queries & Benefits management including process design, verification, disbursement, adjustments, recovery, FFS.
- Assist Finance Manager in handing E2E cycle of Project & Client Invoicing and Billing Management, Organization Expense & Claim Management, Forex requisition, procurement, process, disbursement and adjustments, Taxation Management - Employee TDS, Company Corporate taxes.
- Assist Finance Manager in handing E2E Statutory Payments - Sales Tax, Service tax, PT, PF, ESIC, EDLI, Gratuity and other statutory payment and follow-up for returns.
- Track record of cost saving for company's logistics expenses by proactively providing cost effective solutions /options.
- Support project management activities to prepare presentations and senior management reporting.
- Banking activities, including visits to the banks.
