Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the various accounts 
• Recording & Reporting of financial transitions in systematic manner as per SOP, system of guidelines, maintenance of financial hygiene & controlling operations.
• Responsible monthly, quarterly and annual Accounts closing
• Handling day to day accounting functions
• Make vouchers entries and tracking the vouchers till closure
• Responsible for filing related work
• Responsible for monitoring of Overheads, MIS and Variance Analysis
• Responsible for complying statutory provisions i.e. TDS, Sales Tax & Service Tax
• To provide various MIS/ Data/ Information to internal customers/ HO
• Reconciliation and all bank related activities on weekly, monthly basis
• Responsible for handling Audit Query of Statutory and internal auditors for Quarterly and Annually
  
• Responsible for handling Tax audit query and data preparation for tax audit

Job Requirements

• B.Com/BBA with good knowledge of accounting.
• Excellent communication both oral and verbal and interpersonal skills
• Should be well versed with Accounting Knowledge, Journal and Ledger entries
• Hands on knowledge and experience on Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, Service Tax, TDS, Sale Tax, E-Return Filling-VAT & TDS, Balance Sheet Finalization
• Willingness to travel in Indore. 
• Possess two wheeler with valid Driving License
