FINANCE HEAD

Job Purpose: 

• The main responsibilities of the Finance Headwould include in Financial Forecasting, Financial Planning, Manage the entire Finance Department and to carry out all such activities related to the Finance Department in the interest of the organization.
  

Job Responsibilites:

• Cashflow management and supervision all financial transactions within and outside the company.
• Proposal of an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of production.
• Controlling and protecting assets in the interest of the organization.
• Attending to financial requests pertaining to purchase orders.
• Monitoring cash flow over financial transactions with clients, updating and maintaining records of the same.
• Reportingfiscal profit/loss incurred on a yearly and/or weekly basis.
• Interacting with financial staff and ensuring the audit spreadsheets are maintained and updated every month.
• Managing the daily job performance of the staff members and payroll activities.
• Providing solutions on risk management.
• Providing support in planning strategic and long term business plans.
• Providing funds with respect to rough cost estimates for new products.
• His/her main responsibility would be to provide financial data to the higher Management on a real time basis.
• He/ She will be responsible for all statutory compliances and payment of all taxes, levies etc. within the stipulated time frame
• He/ She shall be responsible for forecasting fund requirements, managing the overall fund flow and coordinate with the higher Management to ensure optimum fund flow utilization.
• To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the fund flow.
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time at the discretion of the management.
