Job Description
- Invoice processing and
verification as per client / company format
- Vendor payments
- Follow up on accounts
receivable and accounts payable
- Maintaining the books
of accounts
- Complete end to end
accounting using Tally 9
- Periodical liaison with
Internal and Statutory Auditors
- Responsible for
statutory compliances such as TDS, Service tax and Income tax related matters
- Prepare Bank reconciliation
- Handling Petty cash and recording the transaction in system
- Monthly Payroll processing
- Correspondence and communication with bank, customers, consultants etc.
