Job Description
About the internship
Only for Persuing CA/CFA candidates
1. Create and maintain financial models and various deal documents including information memorandum, teasers, valuation analysis, etc.
2. Work on term sheets and loan agreement negotiations with various investors and lenders
3. Engage with various investors, DFIs, impact institutions, and lenders from domestic as well as international markets, and with intermediaries such as legal firms, valuers, investment bankers, etc.
4. Create financial models and PowerPoint presentations (mandatory)
5. Work on equity financing proposals (desirable)
6. Deal with existing and new clients
7. Analyse and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews
8. Proactively communicate with investors, financial institutions, and business partners for professional service providers (e.g. legal, banking, and fund administration partners)
