Job Description
It is an equity funding/strategic corporate transactions/M&A advisory company. We aren't a broker, an investment bank, or a statutory compliance firm but an all-domain, end-to-end, and custom strategic services implementation company. We do only sell-side (business-side) advisory. We assist the SMEs in India in equity funding, corporate restructuring, financial restructuring & strategic management. Equity funding is our flagship service with transaction sizes between INR 10 crores to INR 500 crores for the client companies in the annual turnover range of INR 25 crores to 250 crores.
1. Preparing the financial model & analyzing financials of companies in excel
2. Writing business/financial reports
3. Working on project management for long duration transactions - team management, timeline, schedule, logistics, associations
4. Preparing teasers, presentations, investor communications, reports, transaction documents, e-mail communication templates, etc.

1. Knowledge of financial modeling, financial analysis, valuation approaches (not for bank loans or not for statutory valuation) but real-life equity/strategic transactions
2. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Excel database, Excel features, business mathematics
3. Accounting skill (not for statutory audit, accounting, taxation' but for understanding the company's financial position, etc.)
4. Knowledge of finance software (Tally, ERP, Cloud-based SW, financial tools)
5. Knowledge of strategic/corporate transactions, deal structuring, business structuring, business investment, etc.
6. Non-technical knowledge (management & corporate) of how a business works
7. Knowledge of basic business laws including corporate laws, business contracts
8. Knowledge of advanced internet search, software tools, social media for business
9. Readiness for inputs for the contribution of financial inputs for preparation of fintech web application
10. Advanced knowledge of business/financial report writing, written & verbal English communication with clients & investors, Outlook, Word
11. Knowledge of consulting project management for long-duration transactions - team management, timeline, schedule, logistics, associations
